I have recently been working as a freelance consultant with Foundation for Research and Education in Dermatology (FRED) assisting with their video series DermBits, highlighting industry Q/A in dermatology. While I don’t produce the video content, I help edit sessions down into separate question segments, replace green-screen with background imagery, balance video quality (framing, color, luminance) and audio, add graphic elements, and export for upload.
Nothing fancy; however, slight pat-on-the-back for the fact that since I joined this project which had been ongoing for some time, I was asked to jump outside my FCP comfort zone and work in Adobe Premiere — a good product, but not as streamlined (or familiar) to me.
