A series of promotional videos for Learning Communities for Institutional Change & Excellence (LCICE)’s Leadership Institute program (of which I have been a participant (’04) co-facilitator (’07) and staff/co-facilitator (’16-19). I pitched the idea for these videos to my colleagues; upon their approval, I designed, shot (on Canon 70D with Røde shotgun mic, lavaliere and Zoom H2N), edited (in Final Cut Pro, with help from Motion & Garageband), and produced the finished pieces.
